OFFICIAL “READER REWARD” CONTEST RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter, go to the Delta Sky Web site at delta-sky.com, click on the “Reader Reward” link, answer the question and complete the official entry form. Entries must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. EST, October 31, 2008. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Each entrant must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and a Delta SkyMiles member. (If you are not a Delta SkyMiles member, enroll at delta.com/enroll or call 800-323-2323. All Delta SkyMiles program rules and conditions apply.) Employees of Pace Communications Inc. and Delta Air Lines, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible. One winner will be selected in a random drawing at Pace Communications, 1301 Carolina Street, Greensboro, NC 27401, on or about November 15, 2008, from entries that correctly answer the “Reader Reward” question. (What constitutes a correct answer to the “Reader Reward” question is at the sole discretion of the editors of Delta Sky.) Entrants agree that Sky has the right to publish their name and city and state of residence should they win the contest. Federal, state and local laws apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. No substitution of prize. Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are dependent upon the entrant correctly answering the question and the number of correct entries received.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries that it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures, or for any other reason, if entries are incomplete, damaged, illegible, misdirected or lost. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it deems, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, operation of the Web site or any official rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion if it deems, in its sole discretion, that it is not capable of completion, including infection by computer virus, technical problems or force majeure. Use of automated entry devices or any other act that could impede the integrity of the contest is prohibited. Entrants must have Internet access by October 31, 2008, to be eligible.

The following prizes will be awarded: 25,000 miles under the Delta SkyMiles program, which will be deposited into the winner’s existing or newly created SkyMiles account (Delta SkyMiles program terms and conditions apply). Approximate retail value of SkyMiles: $550. Bonus prize: a $500 gift certificate from The Leading Hotels of the World.

All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be notified by either e-mail or telephone. If no response is received within 10 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The correct answer to the “Reader Reward” question and the winner’s name will be published in a future issue of Delta Sky magazine and on delta-sky.com.
